I build things: some things virtual, some physical, some edible.
I write things: some of them even get read.
I say things: a lot.
I've traveled enough that I've been 'not from around here' most of my life, enough that "yeah, I've heard of that guy..." is a common reaction to my name in far too many places. I came to the USA in 1997, so far I've liked it enough here, I still haven't left.
I work in information security, a road I started down twenty years ago, that never seems to get less exciting, nor less frustrating; But mostly, seems to attract some of the most interesting people I've ever met, into the field.
Given a good beer, and a willing ear, I've got a story for all seasons and subjects; as a wise and drunken man once told me : "Becoming Old-School is easy.. you just wait!"
